Each time you bid we will send you an email that your bid was accepted. 

IF YOU DO NOT RECEIVE AN EMAIL CONFIRMATION

WITHIN 1 DAY PLEASE LET US KNOW.


 

By placing a bid on a horse in the Valentine Miniature Horse Sale you are stating that you have the ability and the intention to purchase that horse, should your BID be the highest at the end of the auction.

 

All purchases are payable in US Funds and

DO NOT include Shipping costs. 

Should you be from another country

please know that your BID is displayed and payable

in US FUNDS

and all Shipping Costs will be extra.

 

 

Bids

BIDS ARE POSTED AS SOON AS THEY ARE ENTERED.

In most states a bid is considered a legal and binding contract.

Each bid submission is time stamped.

Final bids will be accepted at the time they come in.
 

Please note that each horse has a STARTING Bid

that will be accepted to start the bidding process. 

The highest bidder

at the close of the Sale on

Feb 17, 2007 - 9:00 pm EST

will be notified via email if they are the

new owner of that horse

Bids must be raised in $50 increments or more


 

Final Bids

The last bid as to the time stamp (time stamps are Eastern time)

Will be the high bidder and we will confirm via email within one hour following the end of sale.

Horses will reside at the Farm until

payment arrangements have been completed.


 

Payment Information

Following the end of the Sale if you are the successful High Bidder

you will be notified and contacted to arrange for payment.

Certified checks or wire transfers are acceptable forms of payment.

Seller may allow special arrangements using PAYPAL if it is necessary.

 

Shipping Information

All horses will have current coggins and health papers.

When the sale concludes,

it will be the new owners responsibility

for the Expense, and to Arrange for Transport

through Sue Brook,

or an appointed representative. 

 

Horse transporters may be recommended,

or you may contact someone of your choice.
